I didn't used to belong to the IBTC. I had lovely full B cups for all of my developed life. Now, instead of snowball shaped breasts, they are more on par with ski slopes.
I've only had 1 kid, 19 years ago which didn't affect my overall size/shape negatively. Over the past few years, my weight has fluctuated between 100 and 120 pounds. Of course, the lower my weight the smaller my breasts became. Add to that being off of birth control (pill) during that time (and still to this day) and hitting age 44/45, my breasts tapped out.
It didn't matter if I wore a bra from Victoria's Secret or from Target, they all had the same cup shape - ROUND - which no longer suits me. The gap is embarrassing whether anyone but me notices or not. Those bras are not comfortable or flattering. Instead of fighting that losing battle, I've been wearing sports bras for many months now.
I was strolling through my Insta feed and up popped an ad for Pepper. I had seen them advertised before but for whatever reason never made the move. This time, I was ready.
Unsure of what my size would be in this type of bra, I took the self-measurements, and the size Pepper said I was turned out to be incredibly small (30A, I think). I exchanged that for my regular 34B, and my oh my, it feels incredible to FINALLY have a bra that fits 47-year-old me. What else is impressive is that there aren't any discernable issues with my breasts being different sizes. The left one is bigger.
A friend of mine has been part of the IBTC her whole life. She too has the gap issues and in fact, she tends to wear training bras. I saw her last week and told her about Pepper. She wanted to try mine on, I let her and boom - game changer. She was actually excited about the product. How long has it been since we all felt that way?
So yeah, I love Pepper and will likely not shop anywhere else.
PS: I have the Zero-G Wirefree Lift Up Bra
